  • For clothing, it must be unworn, unwashed, and tags intact

  • Products showing signs of misuse, modification, or accidental damage

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Clearance, heavily discounted, or final sale items

  • Products missing packaging, accessories, or serial numbers

🔁 How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll send you the return address and packaging guidelines

  3. Ship the Product: Use a tracked courier and share the tracking ID with us

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund within 5–7 working days
